Due to the extended risk and fire hazard posed by the nature of work usually undertaken using spot welders (battery assembly from loose cells) the workshop does not stock this tool.
Everyone attempting to assemble their own battery packs should familiarize themselves with the risks and read up/watch extensively upon the subject. Even during normal operation spot welders produce powerful sparks that can cause bodily harm (protective eyewear is a must!) and/or fires, an uncluttered and ideally outdoor workspace is highly recommended. A good starting resource is DIY Lithium Batteries by Micah Toll.
