2024-05: Arti: We found some x230 laptops and installed Ubuntu 24.04 on them. One x230 had dead RTC battery and x200 keyboard installed that requires either EC flash or putting back the original x230 keyboard to make all the keys work
The model is Asus EeeBox B202. There are 27 of them, 14 have 2GB RAM
DDR2, 13 have no RAM. All have CMOS battery replaced in Jan 2019. All
have a Windows XP Home sticker.
They are so fucking hard to disassemble! Once the CMOS battery dies,
throw the whole unit away! Savva spent 3 days in total servicing them. #NeverAgain
