Items in K-SPACE must be tracked in k6.ee with a sticker. This enables determining ownership and hackerspace-wide Ctrl-f. Ownerless items are assumed disowned.
Adding photos to entries is heavily encouraged!
TODO: Horizontal gallery as a single image of items with small, large stickers.
The location field is crucial for distinguishing K-SPACE from a dump (via audits), and finding listed items. It can look like:
k6.ee/0070
on the pipes, above k6.ee/0044
k6.ee/21FP-4
(4th shelf from the top, 0 is 'on top of')not at K-SPACE
There are Root Location stickers on the wall throught the space, ranging from k6.ee/0001 to k6.ee/0079. Prefer the most nested/exact match.
k6.ee/0000 Back Corridor
k6.ee/0001 Back Door
k6.ee/0007 Lift Room
k6.ee/0009 Server Room
k6.ee/0020 Workshop
k6.ee/0040 Chaos
k6.ee/0045 Lockers
k6.ee/0049 Middle Office
k6.ee/0050 Kitchen
k6.ee/0052 Black Room
k6.ee/0060 Coworking
k6.ee/0067 Main Storage
k6.ee/0070 Museum
k6.ee/0075 Corner Office
k6.ee/0076 White room
k6.ee/0079 Front Door
Don't add a sticker to an item without linking it to inventory.k-space.ee!
Spare asset tags are on the shelving in Chaos. There may be some sheets in visible places around the floor for convenience.
TODO: image + small images vertically stacked on the right of the ones on Chaos shelving, in Server room
One folder has a set of stickers with 4 stickers for each k6.ee/1234. When using, cross out the k6.ee/1234 in the list located located in the same folder.
Plain types: tool, supply, machine (may be autocreated with MAC).
Please notify info@k-space.ee if anything is broken or out of stock.
Make sure to claim the locker under inventory.k-space.ee. Items in unclaimed locker are treated disowned. Lost key and damages will be billed.
TODO: add name on locker (is needed?)
Only editable by k-space:inventory:keys
, tracking physical key-shaped metal keys NOT keycards (for those, see Doors infra),

After abuse, auditing requires the corresponding OIDC role (ask a Secrets lord). Generally anyone asking can audit.
Auditing an item:
Location auditing is comprehensive, all items in it are: inventoried, audited, or marked missing.
